Genome Canada Bioinformatics Training
BIRCH BIRCH is a resource for bioinformatics, running on the Unix system. BIRCH consists of programs and databases for molecular biology that are usable either through a graphic interface or the Unix command line. Only freely-available programs have been incorporated into BIRCH.
